Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started,cancellations are no longer possible

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How long does production take?
For made-to-order items, production typically takes 7–14 working days before dispatch. Ready-to-ship items are processed sooner..
How long does delivery take?
- UK: 3–7 working days after dispatch
- International: 7–21 working days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processes.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product price and vary by country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Yes returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags
Can I return made-to-order items?
